1. Change of Mind
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll replace it or offer a refund.

3. Refund Process
To start a return, email us at hello@dmdb.com.au with your order number and issue. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
